Paola Petrone

Paola Petrone holds a degree in foreign languages and literature from IULM in Milan and an MBA from SDA Bocconi.

She held roles as CEO/Managing Director in industrial companies in utilities, transport and industrial automation sectors both in Italy and abroad and she was Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at FCA (now Stellantis).

She has managed complex organisations leading the implementation of operational efficiency and process reengineering, cross-country integrations with management of international teams following M&A, company set-ups, business development in regulated sectors, and company re-organisation and restructuring functional to innovation.

For several years she has been a member of Boards of Directors of listed and unlisted companies; she is currently Non-executive Director at Fiera Milano, Pizzarotti, Bialetti Industrie and Cap Evolution.
