Marco Monterastelli

Marco Monterastelli is Chief Technology Officer of FAAC Technology, responsible for the coordination of all research and development activities in the company, with a focus on mechatronics, hydraulics, material research and testing, patents, and licenses.  
He joined FAAC Technologies in 1984, taking on increasing responsibilities and managerial duties within the technology and R&D divisions of the Group.
As CTO, Marco oversees organizations committed to Product Development, which includes mid- to long-term research, mechanical and electronic laboratories, and environmental and product certifications.   
With over 30 years of professional experience, Marco is an expert in product development, industrial design, mechatronics, and lean thinking in the field of R&D.
