Renato Ridella

Renato Ridella has nearly 40 years of professional experience, spanning across strategic consulting, industrial companies, and private equity. He has been a partner at A.T. Kearney, where he spent nearly 20 years, leading the Consumer Industries & Retail and Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare practices in Mediterranean Europe; his areas of expertise included strategy, organization, and marketing.
He spent over 15 years in industrial companies, joining the Montedison Group after graduating from Bocconi University, where he held various roles, from M&A to Business Development, from Controlling to Market Planning. Most recently, he was CEO of Relevi, a leading private-label household products company, and a member of the board of directors of several industrial companies. He completed his career with a three year experience in private equity as a partner at PM&Partners SGR.
