Stefano Tamba

Stefano holds a Law degree from the University of Bologna, a Master’s in Business Law from Sole 24 Ore Business School, and a second Master’s in Corporate Law from the same institution.

After qualifying as a lawyer, he worked at several esteemed international law firms.

In 2013, he joined the FAAC Technologies group as Head of the Legal Department, working closely with the M&A team. Over time, he took on increasing responsibilities within FAAC, eventually assuming the role of General Counsel for the Group.

He provides expert legal support to all company functions, addressing both national and international matters, with a particular focus on contracts, corporate law, intellectual property, litigation, and M&A operations.

Since October 2024, he has been serving as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the Board of FAAC S.p.A.
