After obtaining his law degree from the University of Bologna, Andrea Moschetti opened his own legal firm in 1999, which he ran as a practicing civil lawyer for thirteen years.
In March 2012, the new ownership appointed him Executive Chairman of FAAC Group, entrusting him with the task of representing shareholder interests and guiding the company through a challenging transition phase.
In addition to his role as Executive Chairman, he also acts as trustee, delegated executive, and, since 2015, trust member.
In addition to his work at FAAC Technologies, Moschetti is an advisor and board member of numerous companies, including Medica SpA and Focchi SpA, as well as of national foundations and societies dedicated to supporting local initiatives, economic development, and human empowerment, including the Atesino Development Institute (ISA – Istituto Atesino di Sviluppo) and the Foundation of Policlinico Sant’Orsola Hospital.

Armando Stafa graduated with a degree in economics from the University of Bologna and began his career as a freelance professional, during which he managed the ecclesiastical institutions of the Archdiocese of Bologna as well as large real estate assets. 
Since 2012 he has been the financial managing consultant to the Bursar of the Archdiocese of Bologna as well as the portfolio manager for various credit institutions. 
He joined the FAAC Group Board of Directors in 2015 and is Chairman of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee (CRN). He has also been a member of the Board of Directors for FAAC Partecipazioni Industriali since 2020. 
Throughout his career, he has held diverse management positions, including special counselor to the Archbishop Caffara and the Italian Episcopal Conference. He also acts as CEO of the Gesù Divino Operaio Foundation and oversees the management of the organizations Opera Diocesana Emma Muratori and Casa del Clero Foundation.

Franco Garilli graduated from the Catholic University of Milan with a degree in business and economics and  received his chartered accountancy certification from the Albo of Chartered Accountants and Registered Legal Auditors in Piacenza.
In 1975, he began his career as an auditor in the Milan office of KPMG, where went on to perform greater managerial roles covering the company’s regional and national purview, eventually being appointed KPMG’s Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Senior Partner in 2002, representing the Italian and Global KPMG Network for all auditing activities.
Within KPMG, he has contributed to the auditing of the Group’s mid- and large-sized national and international companies, particularly in the financial, manufacturing, and large-scale distribution and transportation divisions. 
Since leaving KPMG in 2013, he has also been appointed to the Board of Directors of numerous companies, such as Interpump Group and BRT, as well as the FAAC Group starting in 2018.

Leonardo Salcerini graduated with a law degree and an MBA from SDA Bocconi, Milan. From 2000, he has been the managing director of Toyota Material Handling Italy, a subsidiary of Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO), and was awarded Best Manager of Toyota Europe in 2019. He also serves as Chairman of the Toyota Academy and Logistics Solutions.   
Beyond his responsibilities with the Toyota group, he is a member of the FAAC Technologies Board of Directors, as well as a member of ABIE (Confindustria Board of Directors for Foreign Investments in Italy).
A respected expert in sales & marketing, lean management, and results analysis, Leonardo is author of Il successo Continuo – L’eccellenza di Toyota dalla Via Emilia all’Europa (The Success Continues –Toyota’s Excellence from Via Emilia to Europe), a book describing the evolution of Toyota Material Handling in Italy, published by Hoepli Press.

Marcello Margotto graduated from University of Bologna with a degree in business and economics. He is the chartered certified accountant, auditor, and founder of Margotto & Partners, an accountancy firm specialized in fiscal, corporate, and business consulting.
Margotto serves as Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors within several companies, as well as a member of the Board of Directors within numerous industrial groups, including FAAC Technologies and FAAC Partecipazioni Industriali, Interpump Group, and Immagine Ritrovata.  
In 2008 he founded RD Team, a company specialized in obtaining subsidies, grants, and tax credits for innovative SMEs, large enterprises, business networks, start-ups, R&D projects, SME-based innovation, and Industry 4.0.
His experiences over the course of his career have allowed him to refine his skills in areas of corporate law, company and industrial group taxation, tax credits and subsidies, M&A, and extraordinary transactions.  

Paola Bonomo holds a degree in business administration from the University of Bocconi, Milan, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She started her career at McKinsey & Company, working with the top management of major Italian and international corporations on issues of strategic positioning, growth, new markets, alliances and acquisitions. 
She then worked in various leadership roles for multinationals in the digital economy, including eBay International (Senior Director, European Operations), Vodafone (Head of Online Services) and Facebook (Regional Director, Southern Europe). 
Over the years she has served on the boards of directors of several companies, including FAAC Technologies, Telecom Italia, AXA Assicurazioni, and Piquadro. 
Paola serves as Vice Chair at Italian Angels for Growth and was a co-founder of Angels4Women in 2018. She was named twice as one of the Inspiring Fifty, the fifty leading women in European technology. In 2017 she was recognized with the Business Angel of the Year award in Italy and the Golden Aurora award for the best woman business angel in Europe. 

Alessandro Calzolari graduated with a degree in business and economics from University of Bologna, after which he began practicing as a chartered certified accountant at Calzolari Studio in Bologna. 
A technical consultant in accounts and budgets since 1995, he has also been appointed bankruptcy trustee, judicial commissioner/liquidator, and crisis manager of settlement disputes in numerous court cases.
Additionally, over the course of his career, he has acted as the advisor and liquidator of companies Derbit and SAGIS (manager of the Enzo and Dino Ferrari racetrack in Imola), both for which he was also fiscal consultant. 
From 2010–2013, he was the statutory auditor of the Bologna Football Club. 
Currently he serves as Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors for several companies, including FAAC Technologies, FAAC Partecipazioni Industriali, Nutristar, ARB, Piccinini, COMETA, and Firbimatic. 
He has also worked as statutory auditor of Expansion Marketing and FXT, and as sole auditor for HUB Italy. 
Moreover, he serves on the Board of Directors for Iredeem and, as an Independent Director, for Pharmanutra, a company listed on the Euronext STAR segment of the Milan Stock Exchange.

Giovanni Luca, chartered certified accountant and graduate of the University of Bologna with a degree in business and economics, is currently a Chairman and member of the Board of Statutory Auditors for several companies, for which he likewise serves as an auditor, and a former officer of the Guardia di Finanza (financial law enforcement agency under the Ministry of Economy and Finance). 
Over the course of his career, he has also been served as an expert witness for the court and for the plaintiff during several different trials in the Emilia Romagna region.
He co-authored, along with General Umberto Fava, the work Le Società Finanziarie – Aspetti civilistici, finanziari, contabili, fiscali e antiriciclaggio (Company Finance – Civil, financial, accounting, fiscal, and anti-money laundering issues). 
He’s also collaborated with the journal Il Fisco (Tax Revenues) and spoken at several conferences on tax issues, anti-money laundering legislation, and the protection of privacy. Moreover, he’s the Founder and Director of Accademia dei Dottori Commercialisti di Bologna (Bologna Academy of Chartered Accounts).

Stefano Nannucci graduated from the University of Bologna with a degree in business and economics. In 1980 he joined the family business, for which he still serves on the Board of Directors. In 1982, he obtained his certification as a chartered accountant and launched his career in Bologna at a legal and commercial consultancy firm. 
In his professional career, he has specialized in the following: company appraisals and evaluations, gains, corporate assets and enterprises, corporate and financial law, commercial litigation, and corporate transactions. He has covered many different roles over the course of his profession, including operational roles in the capacity as company director. He has been a member – including in the function of Chairman and statutory auditor – of the Board of Statutory Auditors and of other auditing and control authorities for various companies and corporations.
