Usually, you will (e-)meet the hiring manager for the position and a colleague from our HR Team.
Our interviews are based, in addition to understanding your academic and professional path, on behavioral questions focused on situations or challenges you have faced in the past and how you have handled them, using skills we have identified as key to our position.
For example, to help us understand your experience in decision making, we will ask this or a similar question:
«Tell me about a time when you had to make a decision without all the information you needed. How did you handle it?”
The hiring manager will give you insights of the team structure, the main responsibilities and objectives of the position and most likely ask some technical questions.
Obviously we will take the time to answer all your questions as well!
During interview phase, we usually do not discuss salary information. This information is considered once
the shortlisted candidates have been determined.
