Through its Brazilian entity, Industrias Rossi Eletromecanica Ltda, today announces the signing of a binding agreement to acquire a majority stake in Garen Automação S.A., a leading operator in the Brazilian market. This acquisition is aimed at accelerating FAAC’s development and enhancing its product expertise in key markets like Brazil and Latin America.
