FAAC Technologies expands into its 30th country, New Zealand, through the strategic acquisition of Aero NZ (2012) Limited, bolstering its global presence and extending market reach.
FAAC Technologies (FAAC), through its Australian subsidiary Magnetic Automation Pty Ltd, has reached an agreement for the purchase of all the shares of Aero NZ (2012) Limited (Aero), a leading market importer and distributor of access automation gates in the New Zealand territory and in a few other countries of the Asia Pacific region.
With a team of well qualified employees operating from branches in Auckland and Christchurch, AERO now lays claim as the strongest technical support team in the industry.
Leveraging on the expertise, capability and leadership of Aero’s team, FAAC will offer unparalleled solutions that enhance security, convenience, and efficiency for residential, commercial, and industrial applications across New Zealand.
This strategic move will not only strengthen FAAC’s presence in New Zealand but also bolster its direct presence in the Asia Pacific region and reinforces its commitment as a prominent supplier of cutting-edge solutions and high-quality products in a rapidly growing sector. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close by 31st August 2023.

About the Sellers
Jasmine Lochore and Mike Morrow are private investors active in the New Zealand territory in a number of sectors including hire, retail, bollards and commercial property. They bought AERO NZ in 2012 as a small family business, driving it across a solid path of growth and success, culminated with nowadays sale to FAAC.
